Paleo Game Day Nachos
the perfect game day (or any day) savory snack
  • 1 lb grass fed ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Primal Palate Meat & Potato Seasoning
  • 1.5 bags Siete Foods Grain Free Tortilla Chips
  • 1 container Kite Hill Foods Almond-Based Cream "Cheese"
  • 1/2 small pepper jalapeno pepper, diced finely
  • 1 poblano pepper, diced
  • 1-2 bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tbsp micro greens
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 avocado, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Cook your grass fed beef on stove top seasoned with Primal Palate Meat & Potato seasoning (or whatever you have on hand). 3. Place 1.5 bags of Siete Foods Grain Free Tortilla Chips on a baking sheet and spread the cooked beef on top, then bake for about 10 mins (until chips just start to brown). Remove from oven.4. Spread a layer of the Kite Hill Foods Cream "Cheese" onto chips & beef (optional to thin out the cream cheese using Kite Hill Foods greek style almond yogurt or any plain yogurt you have on hand so it's easier to spread).5. Dice up all veggies above and spread out over chips, beef, and "sour cream" mixture. Enjoy!
