Steak Tips Veggie Stir Fry
Tender steak tips with all the delicious veggies!
  • 1 lb grass fed beef steak tips
  • 2.5 tsp Primal Palate meat & potatoes seasoning or see note above for replacement (for marinade)
  • 1 tsp black pepper (for marinade)
  • 2 tsp sea salt (for marinade)
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil (for marinade)
  • 1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar (for marinade)
  • 3 cups shredded brussel sprouts (you can shred in a food processor)
  • 1/4 purple onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 medium sized sweet potato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp sea salt
1. Mix all meat, meat & potatoes seasoning, black pepper, sea salt, avocado oil, and apple cider vinegar together in a shallow bowl and place covered in fridge overnight.2. After meat finishes marinating, start by getting the veggies cooking. In a large pot or pan, pour in half the amount avocado/olive oil (about 2 tbsp) and the chopped sweet potatoes.2. Cook down sweet potato for about 5-10 mins (depending how thick you chopped them) until they start to soften. Then add remaining veggies, oregano, sea salt, and remaining oil into the pot. Let veggies cook on medium heat until all are cooked to desired softness (about 15 mins for me).3. Grease cast iron skillet over medium heat for a few mins. Once pan is very hot, use tongs to place marinated steak tips on pan. Be careful to not overcrowd the pan so they brown nicely. Cook on each side for 2-3 mins. 4. Once steak tips are cooked, add them to your pot of cooked veggies and mix well. Sprinkle additional sea salt over entire dish for extra flavor. Remove from heat and let sit for about 10 mins before enjoying!
